  • How to create an account in Vudu?

  • You can create your Vudu account in two easy steps.

    • Select the signup option on the top left corner of the screen and select “create new account”
    • Fill in your details in the form and proceed with the signup option.
    • How can I pay for my order in Vudu?

    You can make your payment in Vudu on multiple channels. All our payment gateway is encrypted hence it’s safe and secure for the customers to trust while making the payment. We support payment via the following medium:

    • Cash on Delivery
    • Debit card
    • Credit card
    • Net banking
    • UPI
    • Gift cards and
    • Wallets.
    • How will I detect fraudulent emails/calls seeking sensitive personal and confidential information?

    If you receive an e-mail, a call, or a message from a person/association claiming to be associated with Vudu seeking sensitive confidential information like account details, debit/credit card PIN, Net, and mobile banking password, then we request you to turn that offer down for your personal security purposes. As we at Vudu or affiliate partners never seek any sort of sensitive and confidential information from our customers or anyone. Report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

  • How can I stop Vudu e-mails from going into my spam folder?

  • We try to take extreme care to not spam our valuable customer’s mailboxes. However, due to the default and personal settings sometimes our emails may fall in your spam/junk folder. To solve this issue, you will need to add our Vudu mail id to your trusted sender list. Here’s how it’s done.

    • Open the email you received from your Gmail inbox.
    • Click on the arrow next to the reply button on the top right-hand corner of the email.
    • Now. Click on “Add sender to contacts” from the drop-down menu.
    • And that makes sure that you won’t be missing out on our offers and notifications.
    • How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by clicking the “track” option on my orders page 

    Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, you’ll be receiving the confirmation of your order details by e-mail and or SMS. 

    You’ll be further notified when we dispatch your shipment. In case of delays due to unusual events, you’ll receive an update regarding the same.

  • How do I return my product?

  • You can return an order by clicking “Return” on the My orders page.

    • We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. 
    • We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
    • There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
    • How will I get my refund?

    Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

    The refund will reflect as follows:

    • Your wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.
       
    • NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days. If there is any delay, please contact the mentioned number on the website.
       
    • Payment Gateway Refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
