Return and Refund Policy

  • At Vudu, we offer a hassle-free return policy valid for 5 days from the date of delivery. For both customer-initiated returns and undelivered returns (RTO), there is an applicable fee of ₹150.00, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.                                     
  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged products reported within 24 hours after delivery are all eligible for return/refund with the submission of valid proof (Unboxing Video).                                                                                           
  • To ensure a smooth return process, our courier company will make two attempts to pick up your shipment. In the event that they are unable to do so, we kindly ask you to send the shipment back to our company address. Please note that availability of the reverse pick-up service in your area pin-code may vary.
  • For prepaid orders using UPI/QR, net banking, or card transactions, refunds will be processed to the original source or bank account within 4-5 working days once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition.   
  • If the payment method is "Pay later" or "Pay-in-3," refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card only. Cash refunds are not available for returns using these payment methods.
  • As part of our process for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a coupon code within 5 working days from the day your return pickup is completed. This coupon code will be sent to your registered e-mail address or contact number. Please note that Cash On Delivery (COD) will only be returned in the form of a store credit/Coupon code.
  • To ensure a fair return process, we request that you return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped to you. If the products are returned in poor condition or show signs of wear, we will not be able to provide a refund. You are requested to record a video showing the product in intact condition and send it to us. This will help us verify if the product is eligible for a refund.
  • We strive to process returns promptly and ensure that the refund is reflected in your bank account within 5 days. However, we kindly request your patience during this time. It is important to note that refunds and bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
  • When you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your payment, you will receive a coupon code worth the same value as your order, which can be used for future purchases. This coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. 
  • All shipping charges are final and non-refundable.

  • Please be informed that we don't solve customer queries via WhatsApp.     
  • All cancellations can only be processed if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In our commitment to upholding stringent hygiene standards, we do not  accept returns on select product categories. These categories include, but are not limited to, accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes. Please understand that this policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. Vudu reserves the right to modify the list of products or categories to which this policy applies, without prior notice.         
  • Once a product has been exchanged and successfully delivered, no further actions such as additional exchanges or refunds can be processed for that particular order.



    It is important to note that items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotional offers where free products are included are not eligible for returns.

    Please ensure to package the items securely and include the order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. 

    Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. Please ensure that all items are in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. For prepaid orders, the complete amount will be refunded directly to your bank account within 4 to 5 business days of us receiving the product(s). In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued in the form of a coupon code.

    PLEASE NOTE: For self-return, we kindly ask you to refrain from using The Professional Couriers as they have proven to be unreliable, and our warehouse will not accept packages sent through them. It is important to ensure that your courier costs do not exceed the specified amount mentioned earlier. To facilitate a smooth return process, we highly recommend utilizing 'Speed Post' as your preferred courier service. Speed Post, being a Government of India owned entity, boasts an extensive and well-established postal network throughout India.


    Please note that the bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. It is essential to ensure accuracy when providing these details, as any errors or discrepancies in the information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the brand.

    If you have received an SMS or email indicating that your order has been delivered, but you have not actually received it, we request that you contact us within 24 hours to report the issue.

    We request that the customer takes utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession. This includes ensuring the preservation of all product(s) instructions, documents, and packaging. When returning the product(s), we ask that they be returned in the same condition as received, with all the original packaging intact.


    If, upon receiving the product, the customer believes that it does not meet the required standards, we kindly request them to promptly contact us via email at Please provide us with details of the product and any damage observed within 1 day of receiving the products. Once we receive your communication, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.


    Once the returned product is received, we will conduct a thorough examination to assess its condition. Subsequently, we will notify the customer of their eligibility for a refund, if applicable, via email within a reasonable timeframe. Our objective is to process the refund as expeditiously as possible, ensuring a smooth transaction. In any case, the refund will be processed within 30 working days from the day we confirm the customer's entitlement to a refund via email.


    To facilitate the returns process, we kindly request that you provide a video demonstrating the intact condition of the product(s) being returned. This video serves as a verification step to ensure the product(s) are in their original state. For prepaid orders, once the returned product(s) are received and verified, we will initiate the refund process by crediting the money back to the source account used for the purchase. However, please note that Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.
